For example, John Floyd and Ben Fox have represented providers of durable medical equipment in several FCA actions. Corsello v. Lincare, Inc., 428 F.3d 1008 (11th Cir. 2005).  These actions have involved internal investigations, numerous other defendants, and proceedings in various federal districts across the country.  The firm has also represented smaller businesses as defendants in FCA actions and has obtaining dismissals or favorable settlements with the government in these cases.
